Package A
Barn Reception                       $3,500

• 5 hours of event time on a Saturday evening
• 8 hours of total site use including set-up & breakdown (4pm-12am)
• Choice of garden venue for your ceremony (if applicable)
• Use of grounds & mansion for wedding photography
• Use of bridal room
• Use of kitchen facilities (barn only) for caterers
• Damage deposit of $1000 required

Package B
Lawn Reception                      $3,000

• 5 hours of event time on a Saturday evening
• 8 hours of site use including set-up & breakdown (4pm-12am)
• Choice of garden venue for your ceremony (if applicable)
• Use of grounds & mansion for wedding photography
• Use of bridal room
• Use of kitchen facilities (sink & refrigerator in house only) for caterers
• Damage deposit of $1000 required

Events booked on Fridays & Sundays will receive a $500 discount

Events booked 8am-4pm will receive a $500 discount

Extras

Cocktail Hour in the Mansion $500

• One hour first floor access for guests to mingle & tour
• 3 hours of total use including set-up & breakdown

Garden Ceremony                   $850

• One hour of event time
• 3 hours of garden use including set-up & breakdown
• Choice of time block between 8am-4pm
• Use of bridal room
• Damage deposit of $1000 required
