Barn Reception $3,500
- 5 hours of event time on a Saturday evening
- 8 hours of total site use including set-up & breakdown (4pm-12am)

- Damage deposit of $1000 required
Events booked on Fridays & Sundays will receive a $500 discount
Events booked 8am-4pm will receive a $500 discount

Cocktail Hour in the Mansion $500
- One hour first floor access for guests to mingle & tour
- 3 hours of total use including set-up & breakdown
Garden Ceremony $850
- One hour of event time
