Policies
Venue Capacity
- Estate Lawn: upwards of 1,000 seated and moving reception
- East Lawn: 250 seated; 150 for moving reception
- West Lawn: 100 seated; 200 for moving reception
- Red Barn: 500 seated; 250 for reception
Catering
Catering & equipment are provided by Command Performance. We offer a variety of catering and beverage packages to fit clients’ needs. Clients are welcome to customize their catering packages as well.
Wedding Cake/Dessert
Wedding cakes/desserts must be brought in by the client.
Wedding and Reception Timing
1 Hour Rehearsal, 2 hours Pre-Ceremony use of Bride’s Dressing Area, 5.5 hours of Grounds and Ranch use for Ceremony and Reception. Setup and Cleanup time is included as follows: 2 hours for Setup and 2 hour for Cleanup. All clients’ items must be removed from the Ranch at the end of the event.
Rehearsal
Rehearsal is scheduled one week prior to your event based on availability, anytime from 9AM-2PM. Clients are allotted one hour to the grounds.
Event End Time
Events must end by 11:00pm, with music off/DJ done and bar closing 30 minutes prior to end of the event.
Bar Service
Client can provide their own alcohol, but all alcoholic beverages must be served by our professional catering staff. Alcoholic Beverages cannot be self-served. Wine and other alcohol cannot be placed on the dining tables. Bar must close prior to the end of the event.
Parking
Complimentary parking is included on site. Valet parking can be arranged.
Restrooms
Any events at the Ranch hosting more than 1,000 guests are required to rent a portable restroom. Please inquire for pricing.
Deposit and Payments
A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required with signed contract to secure your event date. The Balance is due by check or credit card 90 days prior to your event date.
Additional Fees
Refundable Damage Deposit of $1,000 is due 30 days prior to your event date. Additional fees for Event Day Liability Insurance and Security are required and are estimated based on your specific event details.
